Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait. The noise from children running around late at night was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. towels were not changed regularly, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially after a long stay.

I particularly enjoyed the cozy Queen Room, which provided excellent air conditioning to cool down after a long day out. The city view was also a pleasant addition, enhancing my experience in the evening.

Me and my brother had a blast here! The staff was super friendly, especially Patrick—he always had a smile and helped us with everything. The location was handy, close to loads of shops and eateries. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Only bummer was the wifi was a bit spotty in our room at times.
